“Talkable” means being culturally relevant and giving audiences things they actually want to see and engage with. Not the stuff they’re forced to watch because of millions in media dollars pushing it at them.

If brands continually create shareable digital content and amazing consumer experiences — with authentic value for people — they’ll turn customers into advocates. These evangelists will buy more. Recommend more. Engage and share more. They’ll fall in love with the brand and company. And that kind of disruption leads to positive business impact.

My career trajectory as advertising writer and creative director, to experiential marketer on the brand side, to ECD at top communications agencies has uniquely prepared me to develop these capabilities for smart brands.
